#1 - Cow Itch is probably right. It has a thick leaf with viscous clear sap that can cause itching. Stinks... Invasive.
#2 - Two plants in this picture. One (light green) probably a Pea of some variety. Darker green with crinkly edges COULD be poison oak. Be careful when weeding.
#3 - Volunteer (below the graft) rose, definitely. Probabl a single red variety.
