On Immunity: I went to SeaCamp in Biloxi Mississippi, with my sons 6th grade class. On a nature hike, the guide said that everyone is immune to Poison Ivy when they're born, and the immunity reduces with each exposure. I don't know how true this is, but she's supposed to be an expert. I know I never got poison Ivy until I was an adult, but it may be that I wasn't around it as a child. It thrives in our current neighborhood and I get it every year. My children have never gotten it.
