Hello and congratulations!

First of course I have to say - I am not a doctor. I did do a little research on Google to get an idea of any potential issues. I found a reference from an M.D. for a different (but similar) question. This may help you - http://forums.obgyn.net/forums/womens-health/WHF.0004/0988.html. You should discuss this with your doctor and read every bit of information available about cortizone. I did find that they do not recommend cortizone shots for nursing mothers as it passes into breast milk.

There are a number of forums available on the web where you can get more detailed information in response to your question. Go to Google and try a few keyword searches (I used "cortizone shot pregnancy").
