Jim Dunphy, I am sorry about your suffering and for everyone else who reads this.  I had poison oak on legs and arms this spring. About a week after it went away I was stung on the leg by a bee.  My legs and arms began to itch with small bumps (like yours) in the same places where I had poison oak rash before.  It has been 3 weeks, and no relief yet.  I am going to the doctor to have it checked out.
