While the poison ivy I contacted seems to be confined to a small area on my wrist and forearm, I'm sure I've contaminated the clothes I was wearing and my wristwatch. Does anyone have any good solutions for removing the urushiol from clothing? While I could live without the sweatshirt and jeans, I'm more concerned about the watch than anything else. After a good soaping and alcohol wipe-down, I'm finding that I didn't quite get rid of it...I've got a nice "watch shaped" rash on my wrist to prove it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
