Help! I am also suffering. I am in the 10th day and the rash hs spread al over my torso, my right arm, my left ear(which is startin to get better) I was itching like crazy about 2:00 am in the morning. I hear that blow drying the infected area relieves itching, only temporary though. I hear that it peakes around 7-10 days, if this is true than I should start taking a turn for the better, but at this point I do not feel this is so. I can hardly stand it. The thought of steroids is not a good one. Steroids are not the greatest thing!
