I just contracted a nasty case of poison ivy while planting ground cover under my oaks in my woods. I am not done planting I need to go back in there, but I sware I have poison ivy trees in there. They are very tall, like a small poplar and the trunks are a little smaller than a poplar and woody like a white oak. The trunks are bare and long until you get to the branches then 3 leaves on seperate stems all over these branches. Do you know what they are? Could Poison Ivy grow into a 16 to 18 foot tree?
