I read a good answer by Betsy D on this date: 7/1/2003 0:30 am. It really explains alot more than I could write. Type in "vinegar" where it says search for a faster link. other sites I have read suggest combining it with soap and salt. I have heard of this concoction for weeds and such but they really leach into the soil and affect other plants. I'm sure you don't care because of the P.I.!!! It is always worth a try if you are going organic but sometimes you just have to hit it hard and eliminate it chemically.
I'm interested to see if it works too.
