If it's near or in your eye, you should probably see a doctor. Skin stuff is irritating but not dangerous if cared for well (don't scratch or it might get infected with a bacteria that takes advantage of the open skin lesions). OTC benadryl pills, calamine, and hydrocortisone creams all work. But eye stuff is potentially really harmful. I would try to go to a free clinic, or your school's student health, or a local public hospital-based clinic for low cost care.
