I would check with a doctor. Did you ever hear of "Hand, Foot, Mouth" disease? Around here it is called Coxsackie Virus. You get small red blisters on your hands and feet and sores in your mouth and in a couple of days, a fever. I read somewhere that it is rare to get PI or PO on your feet or hands because the skin there is more tough and the oil can not penetrate it.
