I hope the same for you, today my fiance talked to a pharmacist and she said that to reduce the swelling get some benedril cream... that should reduce and obviously keep you foot elevated (I slept rather oldly last night with the swollen foot on a pillow and did notice a SLIGHT reduction in swelling this morning) and obvisously use some ice.. hope yours goes well keep me updated Tavor
