There is leather cleaner out there. But you will probably have to take your chaps to a dry cleaner. Once they come from the cleaner, you can buy leather protectant that will help the next time and make your chaps water/weather proof. If you have any other leather questions, visit your nearest Wilson's Leather store and they can help you. :)
