DON'T BURN IT. The smoke can cause reactions in your eyes and your throat, both of which can be very serious.
And while your dogs probably won't get it, if they're in the weed, they can get the oil on them and spread it to you again. My dog did--with no reaction in her but a severe case in me where her feet and toenails touched me.
