| I think the lawnmower can spread the oil in the air to an extent because that is exactly what happened to me. I mowed over a patch of it, but didn't step in it or touch directly. I imediately washed all my clothes and took a shower, but I still got poison ivy all over my legs (I had worn shorts). I think somewhere on this website it says something about lawmowers being able to spread the oil. It makes sense, since the oil spread when the plant is damaged and lawn mowers chop the plant up, throwing it out and the exhaust and air could just spread some of the oil a bit, onto your legs or whatever is closest. |
