PI does flower but never orange. There is lots of info here on this site about it. From your description I am positive you have a Hummingbird Vine growing Renee. They are naturalized in the wild but they are also cultivated for gardens. I bought mine at a nursery. Your vine is not poison ivy. If you still want to send me a pic--send to [email protected] and I can confirm what type of plant it is. I am 100% sure it is not PI.
