| You only take prednisone for a prescribed amount of time in a fairly small amount. It is a potent medication, but my grandma took it for years for her asthma---that was closely regulated by her doctor. When you need the drug, it is the only one for the job. If they don't like us taking it---they need to do more research and find us something new to use! |
