Even though I am essentially over my outbreak, I keep being drawn back to this site because I want to spare others the misery I have been through. I was under treated with steroids twice, and got what appears to have been a chemical burn from Ivy Dry on top of the poison.
The red areas where the poison was worst sometimes get redder after a shower, then seem to disappear. I suspect my exposure went systemic and it's just working it's way out, but I am hoping it doesn't take THREE YEARS!!
I found that Zanfel works and I have no more itching. I am on day 27 of my outbreak. This is insidious for sure... |
