| i had the same problem, yes prednisone is a suppressent. an immunosuppresent to be exact. It holds your immune system down so it doesnt respond to your rash and hopefully when your off the prednisone it will be gone, this isnt always to case. Best thing is to keep taking diphenhydramine (benedryl) to relieve the itch and wait for your skin to cycle it off your body. |
