We have about 5 trees that have poison ivy vines growing on them. We are in Ohio, so the vines are still dormant from winter. If we cut the trees down is it safe to burn the wood next winter in the outdoor woodburner? I get poison ivy easily so i say no, but my husband seems to think it will be ok.
