May I suggest using Ivyoff? It worked very well for the poison ivy I had, and their website says it works on oak and sumac too. With all the recommendations on this forum I thought the suggestion might work for you. The Ivyoff website also has information on washing clothing and urushiol on pets. It's pretty interesting for those who frequently are exposed.
