Question Asked: Is this poison ivy or poison oak?
Answer: I don't believe this is one of the poison cousins but am not 100% as there are things I believe I'm seeing in the picture which may not be correct. This looks like there are 3 to 5 leaflets on the leaves. In the first picture, the leaf on the left looks like it has 5 leaflets. Poison ivy and poison oak have 3 leaflets per leaf. In the second picture, it looks like the leaves are opposite and not alternate. I had to enlarge the picture to see that so I'm unsure of the detail. |
