Question Asked: I got a bad rash a few weeks ago...was wondering if this was the culprit. It was growing in and around a bush we cut down. I am from North Texas.
Answer: Hi Molly -
Though I can't see the vine, the leaves and leaflet configuration certainly resemble what we've seen from Texas for poison ivy. Interesting the shape of the middle leaflet with the prominent lobes. I see in the second picture that something likes to nibble on the plants (shame it didn't eat them all!). Based on what I see in the 2 pictures, I'll put this in the poison ivy category. |
