Question Asked: magnum P.I. here in tennessee (knox county) knoxville (south of river) something in my yard is got us all good, everyone is refusing to work in the yard for fear of a drive by from these nasty plants i have penty of suspects

Answer: Starting with the first picture. This is one of those pea-family plants. Unfortunately, I don't know the name but I do know this is not the type of plant you need fear (at least for urushiol oil - now the fact that it will come up anywhere might remind you of demon plant :-)).

The second picture is of another one of those invasive vines - wild grape. This I believe is Red Grape (vitis palmata) also called catbird grape.

The final picture - the sad looking rose bush. That one looks like mine unfortunately. I found a possible answer too the question in one of my gardening books. I welcome input from others of course as this is only a guess. The guide says that this could be Rose blackspot which is a fungal disease. Here is a reference site with information: Rose Blackspot. Hope this helps.
