Location: Central Maryland near the Pennsylvania border
Question Asked: I live in Central Maryland near the Pennsylvania border. This picture was taken near rain spout drain in between two houses. Have several pictures showing this plant growing along the wall and fence line. There appears to be a berry in the first picture near the top under a leaf.

This is a common plant that grows wherever it can. I've seen several names for it including false strawberry. I understand that the berry is edible but tasteless. |
